| 1995 | Plant III – Established at Aurangabad HPDC Aluminum Die Casting only for castings |
| 1997 | Plant III – Established in house machine shop Tool Room. |
| 1999 | Plant IV – Established at Waluj for Mfg. of Magnetos, CDI, Regulator, in technical collaboration with Taigene Electric, Taiwan |
| 2000 | Started BG-LI-LIN a joint venture with LI-IN Electricals of Taiwan for manufacturing of relays |
| 2002 | Plant V:Generation of electricity through windmill at village Pimpalgaon. |
| 2003 | Started AMML for manufacturing of WOT condensers at Faridabad |
| 2004 | Plant VI- HPDC Aluminum die casting started in Chakan, Pune |
| 2005 | Plant VII – Established plant for wheel assembly along with components. |
| 2006 | Plant VIII – State of the art Aluminum Die Casting components to cater to export potentials. |
| 2006 | Private equity invested in Aurangabad Electricals. |
| 2006 | Plant IX – Established for Mfg. of High tensile fasteners. |
| 2007 | Plant N1 – Established at Pantnagar, Uttarakhand (North India) HPDC Aluminum Die Casting. |
| 2008 | Plant VIII became a joint venture with OMR of Italy – a billion dollar company as OMR BAGLA |
| 2010 | Acquired GDC business. |
| 2012 | Started production of tubes, wires and roll bond evaporators at Faridabad. |
| 2012 | Technical tie-up with Danielson– France for drawing design, prototype of engine transmission components |
| 2013 | R&D Centre receives recognition from DSIR |
| 2014 | Formed Subsidiary Company AE Deutschland GmbH |
| 2015 | Enters JV with Fontana Finanziaria SPA |
| 2016 | Establishes New Plant for Aluminium Die Casting & Machining in Aurangabad |
