The company was established in 1986 to meet the captive requirements of the Bajaj group for Magnetos. In 1995, the company expanded its operations to meet the ever-growing & exacting needs of various customers in the Automobile Industry for Die Casting compoenents.In the year 2003 Baglagroup diversified for manufacturing Wheels & Rims Assembly to cater the needs of 2 wheeler industry. As a part of further integration High Tensile Fasteners plant was started in the year 2006.All plants of the company are ISO/TS 16949 certified. | |
