High Pressure Die Casting is a process in which molten metal is injected into a steel mould with moderate pressure to produce the parts. Because of the excellent dimensional stability and consistency with good finish as feature of the mould, HPDC part requires little or no machining. HPDC production is fast and inexpensive relative to other casting processes. It is suitable for high volume production. Thousands of parts can be produced in a single day with proven tool.
Bagla Group has the ability to produce Near Net Size components because of special processes adapted in manufacturing the moulds in-house. Our HPDC dies have excellent surface finishes that are consistent dimensional features and have minimum draft. We are a one stop source for engineered aluminium die casting parts with complete Post PDC finishing operations, which include CNC/VMC/HMC machining, Chromotizing, Anodizing, Leak testing, Vaccum impregnation etc. Bagla group has 50 Die Casting machines ranging from 150 tons to 1600 tons. Around 1000 tons of aluminium is consumed per month for die casting activities. We produce HPDC parts in the range of less than 50 gms up to 8.5 kg.
